Many organisations have been benefiting from our software solutions for many years now. These organisations can be divided into four segments. A number of clients will be listed below for each of these segments:
MAB Development is one of the leading property developers in Europe, active in the Netherlands, France, Germany, Belgium, Luxemburg, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Spain, Denmark and Sweden. It’s an energetic organisation that combines decisiveness and strength with ambition and creativity.
According to MAB Development, project development is all about teamwork, i.e. collaborating with parties that each contribute their own expertise, such as knowledge of the market, an understanding of customers’ needs, a good sense of return and risk, technological know-how and a sense of urban and architectural design. MAB's so-called Living Concepts are developed in areas where living, shopping, working, entertainment and recreation come together, both in inner cities as well as extension areas. And because they feel development activities should benefit society, they focus on multifunctional use.
MAB Development started using our software in 2009.
NS stands for Nederlandse Spoorwegen (Netherlands Railways). NS property management is the responsibility of the NS subsidiary, NS Poort. More than 4000 staff members are employed within this business unit.
NS Poort was one of the first (2000) to see the advantages of working with Reasult Software.
Moes Project Development is part of the Moes Bouwgroep.
Moes Bouwgroep unites project development and construction. The company was set up in 1932 by Mr H. Moes in Smilde. Moes has grown into a modern company with a turnover of some 150 million euros per year, and branches in Zwolle, Almere, Lelystad and Huissen. Moes is one of the few companies where the shares are in the hands of the workers. The over five hundred workers consequently feel very committed to ‘their’ company. Moes Bouwgroep/Project Development became a customer of Reasult in 2007.
Ymere came about from a merger of the property company Woningbedrijf Amsterdam and subsidized rental housing organization Woningstichting WVA (Woningbouw Vereniging Almere). Then early in 2008 Woonmaatschappij also merged with Ymere. As a result of these mergers Ymere is the largest housing corporation in the Netherlands. It manages over 82,500 flats and houses in the northern randstad, the conurbation of Western Holland.
In 2002, a department of Ymere made the decision to perform its residential building development project calculations with Reaforce®. Since that moment Ymere has continued to do further business with us, and is now one of our largest customers.
Ymere is a socially conscious company that aims to fulfil the requirements of various customers in the field of housing, housing environment, and housing-related products and services in a contemporary fashion.
In so doing, Ymere concentrates principally on housing for people who, due to low incomes or other factors, find it difficult or impossible to find adequate housing.
The ambitions of The Hague Municipal Council can be summarised as follows: unity, excitement and progression.
The starting point is the growth scenario of the city in a regional context: ‘the metropolis The Hague’ is expanding its strong areas: as an international city, city by the sea, administrative junction, pioneer in the region and multicultural city.
A city that puts the quality of life, living conditions and diversity of its population first. Growth does not only mean the number of residents (a target of 515,00 city residents), but also a growth in the social quality and social infrastructure.
A city has many functions. But it is primarily a place in which to live. But what will life in cities be like in the future? Increasing numbers of people are coming to live in cities, and new housing developments are on the rise. How will the restructuring of neighbourhoods turn out? These are just some of the issues requiring The Hague’s full attention.
The software of Reasult has been used for calculating projects since 2004.
